So, using the colour bar will become habit quickly. It's not obvious at first but you'll get the hang of it.
- Type your text. - Go to the bar above and click on the colour you like, so I'm going to pick fuschia. - Once you click on it, the little white box to the left of the bar should turn fuschia. - Then highlight the text you want to colour. - Then hit the filled fuschia box again and you'll see the word will change.
Hope that helps.

So, there are 2 ways to reply to a post. The first is to hit Quick Reply at the bottom of the postings. This allows you to do only a basic post - no bells and whistles. Or, instead of Quick Reply, you toggle up to the top and hit Reply in the brown bar on the right. When you do that you get the same screen that you get when you're starting a new thread. You will see, above the screen where you type your text, there are lots of fun things like smilies, a font drop down menu, other buttons to do things like bold etc. There is also a bar which looks like a rainbow. That's your colour bar. It looks like this: Do you see it now? I think the issue if you've only been hitting Quick Reply so you've never seen this screen before. Hope that helps. Let me know!

Catwomen, I took me about 10 minutes to figure it out. If it is too simple, then it's hard...know what I mean?
