jwd, how about if as you're making the post, you highlight the link you typed in and change the color in the post itself? I'll try it on one myself. capturingskeet.proboards85.com/index.cgi?board=faq&action=display&thread=817I'm not sure how to change it to do it automatically for us, but I think this will work. What do you think? ETA: Never mind.......... that won't keep it as "clickable"....... so it would stand out, but you would have to copy & paste.

Great job Harley. I also think that JWD came up with a good suggestion. But Harley....tell me again how to add color.
Do you type the message - then high light it - then add the color? I don't remember.
Thanks
Cat

Yes, Cat.......... that's how you do it. Just remember, hun, it won't be a "clickable" link once you change the color so people will have to copy & paste it, but it WILL stand out for them to see it.

No problem, hun. I wish I could figure out how to have it change the color automatically for us. Until then, these are the only two options I can think of. I'll keep working on it, though.

Harley I was thinking about that last night. Wouldn't it be easier if we just highlight the words " Here is the link" In the color and leave the site as it is. Otherwise we are going to have to copy and paste - then open another window - and paste it - and then open it. That seems like a lot of work. If we just highlight to let everyone know that there is something they might want to check out - and just click on it right there. I am really lazy on the computer. I don't want to do more work then I have to. Thanks Cat
