Thank you Dee. It hasn't happened again, so I hope that it was a temporary glitch. f it recurs I'll try your suggestion, although I am hopeless with the computer.

OK still confused. When I look up Gimme Shelter its listed as a TV movie. If TNT picks it up, it will be a TV SHOW?

Again, why do I have to sign in each time I come on this site. I never had to before?

I don't know much about it Shirley. I know that we used to have a choice of time, like 15 min. 30, 1,2,4,hours and a forever or always (which you may have clicked). The idea was that if you shared a computer, no one else could enter the site. This was changed a while back, and I don't know why, you may have to wait until Harley or somebody else can explain it to you. Sorry, but that is all I know.

Why do I have to sign in each time? when you log in, does your computer/OS/browser ask you if you want it to "remember" your password?? say yes or always on this computer" or whatever it asks. Now, if you log in from a diff computer, you will have to log in... I cannot remember right now, but I also think that there is a way to do the same when you long on.....this computer not at home asks if I want Internet Explorer to save my password to this site. If it is my computer , I say yes..... but never at a shared computer or system.... I will look at my profile and see if I can figure it out.

It does ask me if I want to stay logged in & I say yes. But the next day when I come on, I have to log on again. I also don't share the computer with anyone, I live alone. But everyday, I have to log in. Maybe when Harley gets back on, she can find out whats wrong. Thank anyway.

Unless anyone else is having the same problem, it may point to it being a setting in Shirley's browser and not a setting at the forum. Has anyone else been experiencing the same thing? Shirley, if your browser has all the privacy settings marked all the way up, then sometimes even if you choose the 'remember me on this computer' at a certain site, your browser will still overwrite that and clear all cookies and everything each time you shut your browser (meaning logging in each time). You can try checking the settings you have checkmarked, something there may be the cause of the trouble.

Has anybody heard from Harley and her kids? Is she OK? Can't help but worry. I understand her father died recently. She and family are living in the Atlanta, GA area now.
